Went yesterday, 50th celebration. Just spectacular. Highlight was crab cannelloni and sitting on the float mat. Wines amazing, service next level. Can’t honestly think of anything I would change

The menu was delicious - my wife and I loved every course - we couldn't fault it. The dishes were each served with great wines from Howard Park. Other drinks were available as well - I enjoyed the Colonial beers and we were served a gin cocktail when we boarded. Everything was included in the ticket price. The views from the boat were amazing to see and we jumped in for a swim in one of the bays. It was like living our best life on this cruise! It was an afternoon of pure enjoyment and a great way to see the coastline of the region during our stay down south. Highly recommend this! read less

The company have a good track record in running similar cruises from Rottnest and Broome. They picked us up from local accommodation for a bus transfer to the boat rampNo dress code so we adopted for the usual "boatie" attire of a collared shirt and shorts for men and dresses for the ladies. You need removable shoes as there is a brief shallow water wade to the boat tender.Bare feet on the boat are OK and there is a portable locker for shoes. We were welcomed on board with a drink. A delicious pink gin cocktail or wine or beer. The aim was to cruise to several bays and have several courses at each bay with an aim to leave Geographe bay for the Indian Ocean. This day the sea breeze was particularly fierce and it was very lumpy towards Cape Naturaliste. Thus we returned to the mooring for the last three courses. The seven course degustation was with matching wines. These were all from the Howard Park winery. Michael, the regional sales manager was on hand to explain the wines. We had three chefs, two serving crew and the two skippers who assisted with the service. The first two courses: a charcuterie board with a glass of bubbles followed by a crab pate with a glass of rosé were eaten cocktail style. Always interesting balancing a glass and food while trying to eat and drink on a moving boat. It certainly added to the nights entertainment. All the other courses were seated at covered tressel tablesAll the food was from locally sourced produce and was truly amazing at every level. It was a total credit to the chefs for the very high standard of food. The wines matched perfectly. My partner made friends with the crew, the chefs, Michael the wine sales manager and even the photographer recording the eventShe did enquire of one of the chefs about a "kid" menu... I think that he was horrified by considering 5 courses of chicken nuggets and two of ice cream... let's let that rest. This was a truly magnificent evening at many many levels. This will definitely be on the return to event list. read less
